On behalf of the board of directors of MiTB ("Board"), CGS International Securities Malaysia Sdn Bhd ("CGS MY") wishes to announce that the Company has today submitted a listing application to the SGX-ST for the proposed initial public offering and listing of Mi Material Holding Pte. Ltd. ("Mi Material"), which will hold the Company's subsidiaries in its semiconductor material business unit, on the Mainboard of SGX-ST ("Proposed Listing").
