Unless otherwise defined, capitalised terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as those given to them in the announcements dated 28 November 2025, 19 December 2025, 9 January 2026, 13 January 2026, 11 February 2026, 13 February 2026, 5 March 2026, 6 March 2026, 2 April 2026, 10 April 2026, 20 May 2026, 26 May 2026, 28 May 2026 and 15 June 2026 in relation to the SCR.

On behalf of the Company, CIMB wishes to announce that the settlement of the SCR Offer Price has been effected on 25 June 2026 to:-

(i)         The Entitled Shareholders who maintain eDividend accounts, via electronic remittance to the Entitled Shareholders' eDividend accounts duly registered with Bursa Depository; and

(ii)         The Entitled Shareholders who do not maintain eDividend accounts, via remittance in the form of cheques, banker's drafts and/or cashier's orders despatched by ordinary mail to the Entitled Shareholders (or their designated agents, as they may direct) at the Entitled Shareholders' registered addresses last maintained with Bursa Depository or in the register of members (where applicable).

As such, the SCR has been completed on 25 June 2026.
