- COMMENCEMENT OF MEMBERS' VOLUNTARY WINDING UP OF WHOLLY-OWNED SUBSIDIARIES, UMS MANUFACTURING SDN. BHD. AND UMS (PENANG) SDN. BHD.
The Board of Directors of UMS HOLDINGS BERHAD ("UMS") wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiaries, UMS Manufacturing Sdn. Bhd. ("UMSM") and UMS (Penang) Sdn. Bhd. ("UMSP"), have on 25 June 2026 commenced Members' Voluntary Winding-Up pursuant to Section 439(1)(b) of the Companies Act, 2016 ("Voluntary Winding Up").
In relation thereto, Mr. Arul Gunendran of AG Corporate Advisory NF 3126, located at 16-7 iZen Kiara 2, Jalan Kiara, Mont Kiara 50480 Kuala Lumpur has been appointed as Liquidator of the following wholly-owned subsidiaries, for the purpose of the Members' Voluntary Winding-Up.
