Outcome of Meeting

On behalf of Perak Transit Berhad ("Company"), we are pleased to announce that all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of the Seventeenth Annual General Meeting ("AGM") dated 30 April 2026 were duly passed by the shareholders of the Company by way of poll at the AGM held on 25 June 2026.

 

The result of the poll was validated by Scrutineer Solutions Sdn Bhd, the independent scrutineers appointed by the Company.

 

The detailed results of the poll are set out in the table of "Voting Results" below.
