The Board of Directors of KIBB wishes to announce that Encik Ismail Harith Merican has been appointed as a member of ESSC of KIBB effective from 25 June 2026.

Arising therefrom, the composition of the ESSC of KIBB shall be revised as follows:

1.     Madam Chin Siew Siew - Chairman/ Independent Non-Executive Director; 

2.     Puan Norazian Binti Ahmad Tajuddin - Member/ Independent Non-Executive Director; and

3.     Encik Ismail Harith Merican - Member/ Non-Independent Non-Executive Director.
