PRIVATE PLACEMENT OF UP TO 10% OF THE TOTAL NUMBER OF ISSUED SHARES OF MAGMA (EXCLUDING TREASURY SHARES, IF ANY) ("PRIVATE PLACEMENT")

We refer to the announcements made on 5 December 2025, 8 December 2025, 18 December 2025, 7 January 2026, 20 February 2026, 26 February 2026, 27 February 2026, 17 April 2026, 24 April 2026, 27 April 2026 and 19 June 2026 in relation to the Private Placement ("Announcements"). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.

 

On behalf of the Board, Kenanga IB wishes to announce that Bursa Securities had vide its letter dated 25 June 2026, resolved to grant the Company an extension of time until 6 January 2027 for the Company to complete the implementation of the Private Placement.
