The Board of Directors of the Company ("Board") wishes to announce that ORIOLE HYDRO PADAS SDN. BHD., the indirect 70% owned subsidiary of the Company ("OHPSB" or "Issuer") had on 25 June 2026 entered into a Subscription Agreement ("Agreement") with INNO HYDROPOWER (P) SDN. BHD. ("IHP" or "Subscriber") for the subscription of 10,800,000 Redeemable Cumulative Preference Shares ("RPS") at the subscription price of RM1.00 for each RPS ("Proposed Subscription of RPS").
