Reference is made to the Company's announcement dated 7 May 2026 in relation to the Memorandum of Understanding dated 7 May 2026 signed between NICE REE Sdn Bhd (formerly known as Supreme Conquest Sdn Bhd) ("NREE"), a wholly owned subsidiary of NICE and with Greensnow Consolidated Berhad ("GCB") to collaborate on the joint development of a Rare Earth ("RE") exploration, extraction and processing project in Malaysia, focusing on ion-adsorption clay ("IAC-RE") deposits (the "Project").

The Board of Directors of NICE (the "Board") is pleased to announce that NREE had entered into a Joint Development Agreement ("JDA") with GCB on 25 June 2026 to collaborate on the development of a rare earth exploration, extraction and processing project over approximately 2,000 acres of land located in Sungai Jeli, Kelantan.
