(I)	PROPOSED SHARE CAPITAL REDUCTION; AND

(II)	PROPOSED CHANGE OF NAME

(COLLECTIVELY REFERRED TO AS "PROPOSALS")

On behalf of the Board of Directors of Systech ("Board"), Apex Securities Berhad ("Apex Securities") wishes to announce that the Company proposes to undertake the following:

 

(i) proposed reduction of the issued share capital of Systech of RM40.00 million pursuant to Section 117 of the Companies Act 2016 ("Act") ("Proposed Share Capital Reduction"); and

 

(ii) proposed change of name of the Company from "Systech Bhd." to "WTS Capital Berhad" ("Proposed Change of Name").
