With reference to the Company's earlier announcement dated 17 October 2025 and 26 November 2025, the Board of Directors of Rohas Tecnic Berhad ("RTB" or "the Company") wishes to announce that its subsidiary, HG Power Transmission Sdn. Bhd. ("HGPT"), together with its current officer and former officers, received on 26 June 2026 revocation orders issued by the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission ("MACC") pursuant to Section 50(1) of the Anti-Money Laundering, Anti-Terrorism Financing and Proceeds of Unlawful Activities Act 2001 ("AMLA").

The revocation orders revoke the corresponding seizure orders previously issued under Section 50(1) of the AMLA in respect of all HGPT's bank accounts as well as the personal bank accounts of its current officer and former officers.

Accordingly, all bank accounts that were previously subject to the seizure orders have been released and HGPT is free to resume normal operation of its banking facilities and business activities.
