UPDATE ON THE SALE AND PURCHASE AGREEMENT BETWEEN SINARAN RESTU SDN BHD, A SUBSIDIARY OF LBS BINA GROUP BERHAD, AND ASIANA SQUARE SDN. BHD.

Unless otherwise defined, the definitions used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as previously defined in the earlier announcement in relation to the same.


Further to the announcement made on 11 November 2025, the Board of Directors of LBS Bina Group Berhad wishes to announce that the Consent to Transfer from local authority has been obtained and accordingly, the Purchaser shall make full payment of the balance purchase price on or before 7 September 2026.
