Further to the Company's announcement dated 22 October 2025, the Board of Directors of IAB wishes to inform that there has been no material development on the status of the Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") entered into between Insights Analytics Berhad ("IAB") and Sarawak Artificial Intelligence Centre Sdn. Bhd. ("SAIC") in relation to initiatives on Artificial Intelligence and Digital Twin ("DT") Solutions.

Further announcement on any material development in respect of the MOU will be made in due course.
