Further to the Company's announcement dated 9 February 2026, the Board of Directors of IAB wishes to inform that there has been no material development on the status of the Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") entered into between Beijing 51 WORLD Digital Twin Technology Co., Ltd. ("51WORLD") and Insights Analytics Berhad ("IAB") for strategic cooperation on market development of 51WORLD's products.

Further announcement on any material development in respect of the MOU will be made in due course.
