| Working experience and occupation | Ms Shelly Chiau Yee Wern ("Ms. Shelly") began her career in the hospitality industry serving as Hotel General Manager for Alora Hotel in Penang and Grand Alora Hotel in Alor Setar starting from 2014. She was subsequently the Sales and Marketing Manager at Aera Property Group Sdn Bhd and was responsible for the marketing and sales strategy for Aera Residence, a key development project in Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
In June 2018, Ms Shelly was appointed as the Chief Operating Officer at BKG Development Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Chin Hin Group Property Berhad which marked a significant step into the Group's core operations, positioning her to contribute directly to its strategic development projects. She currently serves as the Executive Director of Chin Hin Group Berhad, Chin Hin Group Property Berhad and Signature International Berhad. |
