On behalf of the Board of Directors of BProperty, Berjaya Securities Sdn Bhd (formerly known as Inter-Pacific Securities Sdn Bhd) wishes to announce that the application for the listing and quotation of 206,785,714 new ordinary shares in BProperty on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") in relation to the Proposed Subscription has been submitted to Bursa Securities today.
