The Board of Directors of XL has approved the change of the Company's financial year end from 30 April to 31 October. The change is intended to facilitate the Group's proposed diversification into the retail and wholesale grocery business and to better align its financial reporting with the anticipated operational cycle of the new business. Accordingly, the first financial statements following the change will cover an extended period of 18 months from 1 May 2025 to 31 October 2026.
