In 1998, he entered into a joint venture with a Chinese partner to establish a hardwood furniture manufacturing facility in China, securing a consistent supply of high-quality products for the UK and European markets. In 2017, he expanded into the UK domestic retail market by founding Furniture Republic Buckingham Ltd, a dedicated retail entity to distribute self manufactured hardwood furniture. In 2023, he launched an e-commerce platform under the trade name Genuine Real Oak Furniture (GROFurniture), marking the company's strategic expansion into the European market. The platform leverages existing manufacturing capabilities to serve a broader customer base across Europe. |
