COLLECTIVELY REFERRED TO AS THE "PROPOSALS"

Unless otherwise stated, all definitions and terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the circular to the shareholders of KHPT dated 10 June 2026 in relation to the Proposals.

 

We refer to the Company's announcements dated 27 April 2026, 9 June 2026, 10 June 2026 and 25 June 2026 in relation to the Proposals.

 

On behalf of the Board, KAF IB wishes to announce that all conditions precedent to the Proposed Acquisition have been successfully fulfilled in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SSA, following the issuance of the conditions precedent satisfaction certificate by KHPT to the Vendors on 1 July 2026.

 

As such, in accordance with the SSA, the Proposed Acquisition is completed.

 

Simultaneously, the Proposed Lease, Proposed Diversification and Proposed Variation are completed on the same date.
