We refer to the announcement dated 8 June 2026 in relation to the Acquisition ("Announcement"). Unless otherwise stated, the definitions used herein shall have the same meanings as set out in the Announcement.

Keyfield wishes to announce that KRSB and the seller of the 2014-built AHTS have signed an Addendum No. 1 to the MOA ("Addendum No. 1") on 1 July 2026.

Pursuant to Addendum No. 1, the cancelling date has been extended from 30 June 2026 to 15 July 2026. Accordingly, the vessel shall now be delivered to KRSB latest by 15 July 2026 or such date as may be mutually agreed.

A copy of Addendum No. 1 is available for inspection at the registered office of our Company at Level 5, Guoco Tower, 6 Jalan Damanlela, Damansara City, Bukit Damansara, 50490 Kuala Lumpur during normal business hours from Mondays to Fridays (except for public holidays) for a period of three (3) months from the date of this announcement.
