On 8 June 2026, the Board of Directors of SIB ("Board") announced that the Company had on even date executed a Letter of Offer with Zeito Plastic Components Sdn Bhd ("ZPC") for the proposed disposal of 2 adjoining parcels of lands as follows:
a vacant 99-year leasehold (expiring 18 July 2103) industrial land held under Pajakan Negeri 106755, Lot 48474, Bandar Baru Bangi, Daerah Ulu Langat, Negeri Selangor Darul Ehsan, measuring approximately 20,461 square metres; and
- a vacant 99-year leasehold (expiring 18 July 2103) industrial land held under Pajakan Negeri 106756, Lot 48475, Bandar Baru Bangi, Daerah Ulu Langat, Negeri Selangor Darul Ehsan, measuring approximately 20,503 square metres.

On behalf of the Board, Kenanga Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that the Company had on 1 July 2026 entered into a sale and purchase agreement with ZPC in relation to the disposal of the Subject Properties for a total cash consideration of RM42,329,903.62 ("Proposed Disposal").
