We refer to the announcements dated 28 April 2026, 30 April 2026, 4 May 2026, 7 May 2026, 5 June 2026, 8 June 2026 and 30 June 2026 in relation to the Proposals ("Announcements"). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.

 

On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that the Company had on 1 July 2026 filed the petition to the High Court of Malaya at Kuala Lumpur ("High Court") to obtain an order by the High Court confirming the reduction of the issued share capital of the Company in accordance with Section 116 of the Act.
