BSL CORPORATION BERHAD ("BSL" OR "COMPANY") - OFFER OF OPTIONS UNDER THE EMPLOYEES SHARE OPTION SCHEME ("ESOS")

We refer to the ESOS which was approved by the shareholders of the Company at the Extraordinary General Meeting held on 22 October 2021.

 

Pursuant to Paragraph 9.19(51) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Company wishes to announce that 288,890,000 options were offered on 2 July 2026 pursuant to the ESOS at an option price of RM0.0135 to eligible Directors and employees of the Company and its subsidiaries (excluding dormant subsidiaries). The details of the ESOS options offer are as follows:-
