Reference is made to the Company's announcement dated 29 December 2025 (the "Announcement").

 

Unless otherwise defined, the abbreviations and definitions used in the Announcement shall apply herein.

 

The Board of Directors of VEB is pleased to announce that the Proposed Disposal was completed on 2 July 2026, following the receipt of the final payment from the Purchaser within the extended completion period of 29 June to 8 July 2026, in accordance with the terms of the Share Sale Agreement.
