The Board of Directors of UEM Sunrise wishes to announce that its indirect wholly owned subsidiary, Aurora Tower At KLCC Sdn. Bhd. ("Landowner") has on 3 July 2026 entered into a Development Rights Agreement ("DRA") with EXSIM KLCC Sdn. Bhd., a member of EXSIM Development Sdn. Bhd. ("Developer" or "EXSIM") in relation to a parcel of commercial land held under Geran 4733, Lot 149, Seksyen 58, Bandar Kuala Lumpur, Daerah Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur, measuring approximately 1.59 acres, or 6,426 square metres ("Subject Land").

Pursuant to the DRA, the Landowner has agreed to grant the Developer the rights to develop the Subject Land into a proposed mixed-use development comprising a hotel, hotel residences and a retail mall or such other components as may be approved by the relevant authorities ("Proposed Development"), subject to the requisite approvals to be obtained by the Developer at its own cost and expense.

The Proposed Development shall be carried out in accordance with the requirements, terms and conditions of the applicable approvals to be obtained by the Developer. All development obligations, planning requirements and approvals shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the DRA, including the powers of attorney to be executed thereunder.
