Reference is made to the Company's announcement on 6 July 2026. Unless otherwise defined in this announcement, all terms used herein shall have the same meaning as those defined in the previous announcement.

The Board of Directors of AZRB wishes to clarify that AZRB has given its Corporate Guarantee for the Cashline-I facility, RC-i facility and STF-i facility granted to its wholly-owned subsidiary, AZSB Machineries Sdn Bhd ("AMSB") by AmBank Islamic Sdn Bhd.
