The Company wishes to inform that Case Management (CM) of the above matter was fixed on 2 July 2026 (via e-review) and has concluded today. During the CM, the Court has directed as follows:-

 

(a) parties to file the written submissions, authorities bundle, common core bundle and executive summary on or before 23 September 2026;

(b) CM is fixed on 24 September 2026; and

(c) hearing previously fixed on 16 July 2026 is vacated and rescheduled to 8 October 2026.
