Pursuant to Paragraph 8.23(2)(e) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of SEACERA wishes to announce that Seacera Care Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of SEACERA, has not provided any loans or advances to any party in the ordinary course of its business as a licensed moneylender and therefore, there are no outstanding loans or advances for the financial quarter ended 30 June 2026.
