Quarterly Disclosure pursuant to Paragraph 8.23(2)(e) of the Main Market Listing Requirements ("MMLR") of Bursa 
Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities")

Pursuant to Paragraph 8.23(1) of the MMLR of Bursa Securities, the Board of Directors of PMC wishes to announce that the total outstanding loans granted by Megawise Sdn Bhd ("MSB"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of PMC as at 30 June 2026 is RM1,000,000.00.


MSB holds a moneylending license under Moneylenders Act 1951. The loans were made in its ordinary course of business.


Attached herewith the required information of MSB pursuant to Paragraph 8.23(2)(e) of the MMLR of Bursa Securities for for the fourth quarter ended 30 June 2026.
