Reference is made to our announcements on 16 June 2026 and 18 June 2026 in relation to the change of auditors of Key ASIC Berhad ("Key ASIC" or the "Company").

The Board of Directors of Key ASIC wishes to announce that the Company has on 10 July 2026 received the consent to act as Auditors of the Company from UHY Malaysia PLT (LLP0041391-LCA & AF1411) ("UHY") pursuant to Section 264(5) of the Companies Act 2016 via their letter dated 9 July 2026.  Hence, UHY has been appointed as the Auditors of the Company for the financial year ending 30 September 2026 and to hold office until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company.
