PRIVATE PLACEMENT OF UP TO 10% OF THE TOTAL NUMBER OF ISSUED SHARES OF AURO ("PRIVATE PLACEMENT")

We refer to the earlier announcements dated 5 May 2026, 13 May 2026, 20 May 2026, 25 May 2026 and 3 July 2026 in relation to the Private Placement.

 

On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that 11,111,000 Placement Shares issued pursuant to the first tranche of the Private Placement were listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Securities with effect from 9.00 a.m. on Monday, 13 July 2026.
