PROPOSED RENEWAL OF SHAREHOLDERS MANDATE FOR RECURRENT RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS OF A REVENUE OR TRADING NATURE
The Board of Directors of EMICO wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek its shareholders' approval for the proposed renewal of shareholders' mandate for recurrent related party transactions of a revenue or trading nature (Proposed Renewal of Shareholders' Mandate) at the forthcoming 34th Annual General Meeting of the Company.
A Circular to Shareholders in relation to the Proposed Renewal of Shareholders' Mandate will be circulated to shareholders in due course.
