We wish to announce that MBSB-C88 expired at 5.00 p.m. on 14 July 2026 ("Expiry Date") and the Cash Settlement Amount shall be calculated as below.

= Number of MBSB-C88 x (Closing Price - Exercise Price) x (1/Exercise Ratio)

The Closing Price of RM 0.6407 is the average volume-weighted average price (VWAP) of the MBSB Shares for the five (5) Market Days prior to and including the Market Day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Cash Settlement Amount is equal to or less than zero, we shall not be obliged to make any payment to the relevant holder and MBSB-C88 shall become void and cease to have exercise rights and our obligation in respect of MBSB-C88 shall terminate absolutely.
