Further to the Company's announcements dated 18 November 2025, 8 December 2025, 7 January 2026, 14 January 2026, 28 January 2026, 6 February 2026, 30 March 2026, 7 April 2026, 24 April 2026 and 26 June 2026 (collectively, the "Previous Announcements"), unless otherwise stated, the definitions and terms used herein shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Previous Announcements.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce the results of the Adjourned Court-Convened Meetings in respect of its wholly-owned subsidiaries, namely Eko Bina Sdn Bhd and Rexallent Construction Sdn Bhd, which were duly held on 16 July 2026 at 10.00 a.m. and 11.00 a.m., respectively. 

The meetings were convened for the Scheme Creditors to consider and vote on the proposed Scheme of Arrangement. The results of the respective voting outcome are as follows:-

The requisite majority in value for the Proposed Scheme of Arrangement A in respect of Eko Bina was not obtained at the Adjourned Court-Convened Meeting. As the Proposed Schemes of Arrangement A and B are inter-conditional upon each other, both the Proposed Scheme of Arrangement A in respect of Eko Bina Sdn Bhd and the Proposed Scheme of Arrangement B in respect of Rexallent Construction Sdn Bhd will therefore not become effective.
 

The Company will make further announcements on any material developments in relation to the above matters in due course.
