References are made to the announcements dated 25 April 2025, 2 May 2025, 7 August 2025, 23 January 2026 and 4 February 2026 in relation to, amongst others, the Private Placement ("Announcements"). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions used herein shall have the same meanings as defined in the Announcements.

 

On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that the Company had on 22 July 2026 submitted an application to Bursa Securities seeking its approval for an extension of time of 6 months (i.e., from 7 August 2026 to 6 February 2027) for the Company to complete the implementation of the Private Placement.
