The Board of Directors of Mega Fortris Berhad (the "Company") wishes to announce that the hearing of the Company's Striking Out Application was held on 21 July 2026. The Court has fixed a decision date for the Company's Striking Out Application, and a further case management and / or hearing of the Company's Security for Costs Application on 27 August 2026.
