The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that, further to the disclosure in the Information Memorandum dated 8 November 2019 regarding the Group's intention to develop the Sendayan TechValley Land located at Bandar Sri Sendayan, Seremban into a new manufacturing facility, the Board has undertaken a strategic review of the Group's expansion priorities and operational requirements.

Following the review, the Board resolved to defer the proposed development of the Sendayan TechValley Land, and instead, proceed with the fit-out and operationalisation of an additional factory unit located adjacent to the Group's existing head office and manufacturing facility in Kepong, Kuala Lumpur, known as Kepong Factory No. 104 (as defined herein), which was acquired on 17 January 2025 ("Proposed Revision").
