Unless otherwise stated or redefined, all abbreviations and definitions used herein shall have the same meanings as those set out in Company's announcement dated 29 May 2026, 10 June 2026 and 16 June 2026 in relation to the Proposed Private Placement. On behalf of the Board, M&A Securities wishes to announce that the Company had on 27 July 2026 fixed the issue price of the Placement Shares at RM0.5740 per Placement Share to be issued pursuant to the Private Placement ("Price-Fixing Date"). The aforementioned issue price of RM0.5740 per Placement Share represents a discount of approximately RM0.0636 or 9.97% to or from the 5D-VWAP of Apex Shares from 20 July 2026 to 24 July 2026, being the market day immediately preceding to the Price-Fixing Date of approximately RM0.6376 per Apex Share. This announcement is dated 27 July 2026.
