Reference is made to the announcements dated 27 November 2023 and 8 January 2024 in relation to the Joint Development Agreement ("JDA") between Perak Corporation Berhad ("Perak Corp") and Advancecon Development Sdn. Bhd.("ADSB"), an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, for the joint development of Silver Valley Technology Park Industrial Hub. Unless otherwise stated, the terms stated herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the earlier announcements.

The Board of Directors of Advancecon wishes to announce that ADSB had on 24 July 2026 received confirmation from Perak Corp that the Condition Precedent stipulated under Clause 4.1.1(e) of the JDA relating to ADSB obtaining financing from financial institution(s) has been waived.

Pursuant thereto, the Condition Precedent stipulated under Clause 4.1.1(e) of the JDA is deemed fulfilled and accordingly, all Conditions Precedent stipulated under Clause 4.1.1 of the JDA have been fulfilled. Accordingly, the JDA became unconditional on 29 May 2026, being the Unconditional Date of the JDA.
