Reference is made to the Company's announcements dated 10 April 2025, 14 April 2025, 28 May 2025, 18 August 2025, 30 September 2025, 18 November 2025, 9 January 2026, 3 February 2026, 9 March 2026, 

10 March 2026, 30 March 2026, 17 April 2026, 15 June 2026 and 10 July 2026.

The Company wishes to announce the following developments regarding the Legal Suit:

1.    Mediation Session held on 29 July 2026
       The Mediation Judge suggested that the parties attend a further mediation session fixed on 27 August 2026.

2.    Case Management held on 30 July 2026
       At the case management held on 30 July 2026, the Court was updated on the outcome of the mediation session and the Court issued the following directions:

       (i)    Expert Reports: The filing dates for the expert report on 30 September 2026 and rebuttal expert report on 30 October 2026 remain unchanged, provided all reports are filed prior to trial.
       (ii)   Witness Statements: The revised filing dates are fixed for 3 November 2026 (Witness Statements) and 17 November 2026 (Rebuttal Witness Statements).
       (iii)  Trial Dates: The trial dates previously fixed from 1 - 4 December 2026 may be subject to rescheduling by the Court, and the parties will be notified in due course if any changes occur.

The Court has fixed the next case management on 21 September 2026 for parties to update the Court on the status of mediation and pre-trial documentation.
