The Board of Directors of HE Group is pleased to announce that Hexatech Engineering Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of HE Group, had on 11 August 2026 accepted the letter of intent dated 7 August 2026 to proceed work for the supply and installation of 275kv electrical works for a data centre in Johor ("Project"). 

The contract value for the Project is approximately RM47.00 million (Ringgit Malaysia Forty-Seven Million Only), inclusive of 6% Service Tax (SST). 

The formal contract is expected to be finalised and executed by the third quarter of 2026. A further announcement will be made upon the execution of the formal contract.
