The terms used herein shall have the same meaning as those defined in the announcement made on 10 October 2025 and explanatory statement/circular to shareholders dated 2 March 2026 unless otherwise stated. This announcement is made by UOBKH on behalf of KHJ. The shareholders of KHJ whose names appear on the Record of Depositors of KHJ at the close of business on Thursday, 27 August 2026, shall be entitled to participate in the Shares Exchange. In order to facilitate the Shares Exchange, the trading of KHJ Shares on the ACE Market of Bursa Securities will be suspended from 9.00 a.m. on Wednesday, 26 August 2026, being 1 market day prior to the Entitlement Date. Accordingly, the last time and day for trading of KHJ Shares on the ACE Market of Bursa Securities shall be at 5.00 p.m. on Monday, 24 August 2026. The suspension of trading of KHJ Shares will continue until the admission of Arvex Shares to the Official List of Bursa Securities and the listing of and quotation for the Arvex Shares on the ACE Market of Bursa Securities. A notice to the shareholders of KHJ in relation to the Entitlement Date for the Shares Exchange will be despatched to the shareholders of KHJ on Wednesday, 12 August 2026.
