(COLLECTIVELY REFERRED TO AS THE "PROPOSALS")

For consistency purposes, the abbreviations used throughout this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the circular to shareholders dated 30 January 2026 in relation to the Proposals, where applicable, unless stated otherwise or defined herein.

 

Reference is made to the Company's announcements dated 20 February 2025, 11 April 2025, 20 June 2025, 23 June 2025, 14 October 2025, 19 January 2026, 30 January 2026, 3 March 2026, 18 March 2026, 22 April 2026, 18 June 2026, 1 July 2026, 9 July 2026, 30 July 2026, 7 August 2026 and 11 August 2026 in relation to the Proposals.

 

On behalf of the Board, Berjaya Securities wishes to announce that the Unilink Cash Consideration has been paid to the Unilink Vendors and the Unilink Consideration Shares have been allotted and issued to the Unilink Vendors on 12 August 2026. Following thereto, the Proposed Unilink Acquisition has been completed in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Unilink SSA on 12 August 2026. The Unilink Consideration Shares will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Securities on 13 August 2026.
