The Board of Directors of GENM wishes to announce that the shareholders of GMM Limited ("GMM"), an indirect wholly-owned dormant subsidiary of the Company duly incorporated in Macau, Special Administrative Region have resolved to dissolve GMM pursuant to Article 315(1)(a) of the Commercial Code of Macau on 11 August 2026, following which GMM has commenced its members' voluntary liquidation. The relevant documents had been submitted to the Commerce and Movable Property Registry of Macau on 13 August 2026.

The members' voluntary liquidation of GMM will not have any material impact on the net assets and earnings per share of the GENM group for the financial year ending 31 December 2026.
