Coastal is pleased to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Coastal Offshore Marine Inc. has on 14 August 2026 secured a vessel sales order for the sale of one (1) unit offshore support vessel ("Vessel Sale").The value of the Vessel Sale is approximately RM175.78 million.

The Vessel Sale, which is revenue in nature and transacted in the ordinary course of business, is expected to contribute positively to the earnings of its Shipbuilding Division and net assets of the Company for the financial year ending 31 December 2026.

None of the Directors and/or substantial shareholders of the Company and/or persons connected with them have any interest, direct or indirect, in the Vessel Sale.
