On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that the Board has decided to revise the listing date to 14 September 2026. For further information, please refer to the Press Release issued by United Asiapac Energy Berhad on 14 August 2026.

If there is any change to this timetable, United Asiapac Energy Berhad will advertise the notice of such change in a widely circulated English and Bahasa Malaysia daily newspaper in Malaysia, and make an announcement on Bursa Securities' website. 

Meanwhile, the Company wishes to assure investors that all subscription monies for the IPO are currently securely held by both the Issuing House, Tricor Investor & Issuing House Services Sdn Bhd and the Placement Agent, TA Securities.
