Reference is made to the Company's announcements dated 29 July 2022, 4 August 2022, 2 August 2023, 2 August 2024, 16 January 2025, 24 April 2025, 9 July 2025 and 12 January 2026 ("Announcements"). Unless otherwise stated, the definitions used herein shall have the same meanings as those set out in the Announcements.

The Board of Directors of TDM wishes to announce that the completion of the proposed disposal has been further extended to 31 December 2026 ("Seventh Extended Long Stop Date") to allow the parties to finalise the key terms of the supplementary agreement, particularly matters relating to the finalisation of the rehabilitation blueprint to be agreed and executed between PT RKA and the relevant Indonesian authorities, following the execution of the Akta Damai between PT RKA and the Kementerian Lingkungan Hidup ("KLH") Indonesia, as previously announced, and to facilitate the parties' efforts towards completion of the Conditional Sale and Purchase Agreement ("CSPA") dated 29 July 2022.

Both TDM and the buyer remain committed to the proposed disposal and continue to work closely towards satisfying the outstanding conditions precedent and completing the transaction.
