The Board of Directors of OB Holdings wishes to announce that the Company had on 18 August 2026 entered into a Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") with HELP University Sdn. Bhd. to collaborate on establishing an artificial intelligence ("AI") entrepreneurship platform and creating entrepreneurship opportunities. The collaboration is aimed at accelerating the commercialisation of AI innovations, strengthening talent and practical skills, and enhancing employability.
