(COLLECTIVELY, THE "PROPOSALS")

We refer to the announcements dated 1 April 2026 and 10 April 2026 in relation to the Proposals ("Announcements"). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.

 

The Company intends to reassess the Proposals taking into consideration the overall capital structure and funding requirements of the Group. As such, on behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that the additional listing application in relation to the Proposals submitted to Bursa Securities on 10 April 2026 has been withdrawn on 19 August 2026.

 

The Company will announce further development on the Proposals in due course.
