(For consistency purposes, the abbreviations and definitions used throughout this announcement are the same as those previously defined in the Company's announcement dated 20 August 2025.)

Reference is made to the Company's announcements dated 20 August 2025 in relation to the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") between Straits CommNet Solutions Sdn Bhd ("SCS") and Horizon Shipyard Inter Globe (M) Sdn Bhd ("Horizon")

The Board of Directors of Straits wishes to announce that the Parties have mutually agreed to extend the MOU for a further period of twelve (12) months from its original expiry date of 19 August 2026.

Following the extension, the MOU shall remain in force until 19 August 2027, unless otherwise terminated in accordance with the terms of the MOU.

Save for the above extension, all other terms and conditions of the MOU remain unchanged and continue in full force and effect.
