Reference is made to the Company's announcements made on 19 December 2025 and 8 June 2026. The Board of Directors of Lotus wishes to update the status of the following Memorandum of Understanding ("MOUs"):-

1. MOU dated 19 December 2025 entered into between Lotus Plantation Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company with Guangxi Forestry Research Institute of the People's Republic of China

- There is no material development on the status of the MOU since the previous announcement.

2. MOU dated 8 June 2026 entered into between Lotus and Universiti Putra Malaysia

- There is no material development on the status of the MOU since the previous announcement.

The Company will make the appropriate announcement on any new development to the MOUs, if any.
